This was the 1st time I had ever been in here & Melissa the attendant was AWESOME! The laundromat I usually go to wasn't opened due to tree falling on their building from the recent storm & the attendant there told me about Bud's when I asked her about another location! I went to a location on quince @ kirby before finding out about Bud's & would NEVER ever go there again as nothing like yorkshire laundromat or Bud's laundromat imo! Bud's was clean & Melissa was very friendly & helpful! I couldn't of asked for better customer service! Melissa made me feel welcomed like a valued customer! I highly recommend Bud's like I highly recommend Yorkshire laundromat as both of these 2 are AWESOME & believe in customer service!! Doing my review over, THIS IS THE BEST LAUNDRY in Memphis! The lady in the afternoon is always so nice and very FAST! I can drop off nearly 50lbs and it's done in a few hours! Folded neatly too! I tried the drop-off laundry service at Bud’s and it was seriously a LIFESAVER! I’ve been staying in the area for my husband’s work for over 2 months now at an extended stay hotel with only ONE washer and ONE dryer for the entire hotel, on the other side of the building… also did I mention I have a 1 year old and am six months pregnant?! Laundry has been a complete nightmare! I brought 5 bags of laundry to Bud’s and they had everything washed dried and folded for me after just a few hours! Phillip is a GREAT owner of his 3 laundry mats..He has put in new washers and dryers.  He has a.n Attendant on site at every location. Most pleasant experience possible😍Manager was on top of everything from beginning to end accompanying  everyone & had a backup person come in to assist as crowd filled to capacity. Never had that happen in a laundry facility. When my $20 bill kept failing to give me change, a gentleman came to accompany me by giving me 2 $10 Bill's in exchange. He'd  encountered the same experience. Manager was observing from assisting another customer & immediately let me know the machine couldn't read my bill & she stayed put making sure I didn't  have a recurring problem. Next after drying some of my things, I proceeded to purchase a plastic bag for my loads. However, I placed the money required in the wrong change slot & she was like a jumping bean on the spot, guiding me to the right side of the machine & very graciously refunded my coins place in the wrong slot. Her professional demeanor with everyone including some unruly brats running around never once distracted her from accommodating customers needing answers to their issues! At first I wondered where I would be able to park but there is extra parking in the back of this business. I went to wash and dry clothes. It was clean and minimal folks in the washerette.
